Need a gift for a toddler's birthday or holiday? If so, these gift ideas are just what you need.

    Best gifts for toddlers

    1. A Kid's Tablet

I purchased this for my daughter as she is a bit obsessed with phones/tablets/ipads when there is one around. I am hoping at least this way, it will foster a love of learning while also seeming like fun.

Also, it will be a great thing for her to have on long car rides, or doctor visits that we might have to wait a long time. (Yes, it is like a gift for her and me 😉 but I will never admit it.)

    2. Clothes or Shoes

Clothes and shoes also make this list of 5 cool Christmas gifts for toddlers. If you have a child that is anything like mine, she LOVES clothes!

She gets so excited when she gets a new outfit ( I might have a diva on my hands) and she is only 2. She is also a fan of shoes (I'll admit, she gets this from me).

This might not always be the case for toddlers though. Last year, I gave my niece (2 1/2 at the time) and nephew (5 almost 6 at the time) a bunch of cute clothes. I packed them in some cute gift bags and was ready to see their happy smiling faces.

That fell short. They looked at the clothes for about a second then went to the toys. In hindsight, when I was a kid I think I remember doing the same thing.

It really all does matter on the personality of the child.

    3. A kid's piano

I actually saw a cousin of mine on facebook give her child this last Christmas and I immediately wished I would have given my daughter this.

It was an adorable little kid sized piano. I mean come on? How could you pass up this pint sized piano?

I am debating whether or not to get her this piano this year, because I think she would get so much use out of it. They are also available in white, pink, and black.

    4. Kid's Art Desk

Step2 deluxe toddler art table and chair

What better gift this holiday than an art set to inspire your little artist. This art desk is a great little gift to create an art corner or even a way to keep those artsy messes confined to one area.

Just don't forget the markers and paint and that little one will be all set to become the next Bob Ross or Van Gogh (but with both ears).

    5. Building Block Table

This table is nice because ideally they can play with their big lego blocks off the floor and you can avoid a painful stubbed toe.

They also have lego tables for the smaller legos like this Lego Table on Amazon.

Either way, this is a great gift idea that has a functional aspect to it because it is also a way to organize and store those building blocks and legos!

    Toddler gifts FAQ

    What gifts do toddlers like?

Toddlers like toys, books, blocks, and other fun play items that let them be in charge of what they do (pretend play sets). Clothes are definitely a parent's favorite thing, but a toddler won't be that interested.

What to get a toddler for Christmas who has everything?

If the toddler you are shopping for has lots and lots of toys, think up a more creative gift like a kids subscription box to KiwiCo.

Toddlers can be hard to shop for, but with this list of 5 cool Christmas gifts for toddler, your gifts are sure to be a hit!

If you enjoyed this, please pin it to your toys pinterest board or gift ideas board. Thanks!! 🙂
