A study done in 2017 discovered that when participants took collagen for 6 months, they had noticeably better LDL and HDL numbers than when they started. Both of these are early indicators that you might develop atherosclerosis, which is hardening of the arteries.
3.Relieve Joint Pain
A 24-week study measured joint pain in athletes, and found that the individuals taking collagen supplements had a lot less joint pain.
