Having a pair of warm snow boots is a must for us moms! After all, we are the ones chasing our little one around in the snow. We are also the ones who get down and do snow angels.
While this can be a huge nightmare for some, the worst part is getting snow in your shoes and legs. Hence where having a good set of snow boots comes in handy!

The best snow boots for women
With that all being said, let's get to the good stuff! The boots we LOVE LOVE LOVE and know you will too.
1. Sorel Women's Tofino II Boots
How freaking cute are these Sorel boots?! They are waterproof, fleece-lined, and faux fur trimmed!
They are a narrow boot, so if you tend to wear wide size shoes, keep scrolling down because these ones aren't gonna work for you.
Also, Sorel has a specific way to measure your feet to get the right size so keep that in mind!
2. ArcticShield Women's Anna Waterproof Snow Boots
These Arctic Shield winter boots are a lot more affordable, and just as stylish! They are waterproof, insulated, and have a memory foam insole. Seriously, yes!
When they made these, they were thinking of comfort.
3. The North Face Shellista II Mid Snow Boots
Okay we can all agree The North Face has some really great quality clothing and these boots are no different!
That being said, price-wise they are more than the Arctic Shield boots, but WAY more affordable than UGGs.
4. UGG Women's Adirondack Snow Boots
If you feel like splurging though, these UGG snow boots are pretty darn amazing! With 100% leather and wool-lined, these boots were made to keep you warm. They have a rating of -32 degrees Fahrenheit.
Because these boots have a thick lining, you might want to size up one.
These are the most expensive snow boots on this list, but you are buying quality boots that are going to last you a LONG time!
How to pick a good pair of winter boots
- waterproof (an absolute MUST, seriously non-negotiable)
- comfortable (you don't want to get blisters chasing kids)
- stylish (come on, we may be moms, but we also want stye!)
I seriously can't say waterproof enough, but if you find a great pair of boots that aren't waterproof there is one thing you can do. They make a waterproofing spray you can apply to your boots beforehand to help repel water!
Buying snow boots online
Buying footwear of any kind can be a gamble when you shop online. I personally like Amazon Prime's wardrobe where you can try out the boots or shoes before you are charged. If you need to return, they make it a cinch!
If you decide on a different retailer, order your boots sooner than you think you will need them. This way in case you need to send them back you have time!
