Stay-at-home Mom FAQ
It can feel isolating and exhausting and sometimes you feel under-appreciated for all the unseen things you do.
You have to find time to prioritize yourself. It can't just be about your kids 100% of the time or your start to feel burned out.
Both are hard. As moms we experience mom guilt whether at work or at home. Give yourself grace and choose what's best for you and your family.
